We are a technology driven company committed to improving the quality of life on earth and the air we breathe by reducing the use of fossil based fuels and the pollutants they generate.  We are mindful some of the solutions we offer involve new and unconventional approaches.  We are committed to protect the users and beneficiaries of our technologies from the inevitable risks associated with them.

We also recognize creating and developing these technologies can only be achieved if we produce a financially viable organization to support us.  Although our goals are altruistic, they cannot be achieved without capital.  We, therefore, strive to produce a profit sufficient to support our efforts and incent our investors and associates to support our product marketing, research and development efforts.
