A small amount of Hydrogen, a maximum of 1% by volume of the fresh air, has shown to increase fuel efficiency and reduce toxic emissions. 

Field testing and product demonstrations with Dallas County Road and Bridge Trucks, Dallas County Schools and a number of private fleets have demonstrated on average between 8% to 12% fuel mileage improvement.  Additionally, preliminary testing indicates a potential for significant emission reductions.
